Unable to receive emails -

Able to send emails from my personal accounts, but unable to receive emails. When other person tries to send me an email they get below error, please help!

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

mailto:email address removed for privacy reasonsThe recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending your message later or contact the recipient directly.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: PA2P193MB2452.EURP193.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM


Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'

    I am an Independent advisor answering questions about Exchange.

     

    My apologies about the issues you're facing. If you're an admin, run further traces and check the domain. Are all the users affected?
