Create Alerts for shared mailboxes. Create rule in Outlook but not working for Shared Mailboxes

- You need to be a bit more specific here. What do you mean by "alert", is this an Inbox rule you're configuring, or perhaps something like an Activity alert/Alert policy? Where are you configuring it?
If you're trying to create a rule for a shared mailbox, make sure you've added the mailbox as additional account in Outlook first. Or just use OWA instead.
