Unable to connect to smtp-mail.outlook.com

Hi, for my account @live.it I can't send mail anymore. The parameters for sending outgoing emails are:
smtp-mail.outlook.com
587
StartTLS: 1
This smtp server is not reachable. Are there any problems?

      Deleted 

      Server: smtp.office365.com

      Port: 587

      Encryption: STARTTLS

       

      Not working. Same error connecting to the smtp.
