Unable to add email accounts to Outlook

Hello,

I searched the community for my situation and did not find an exact post.  Some similar issues, but not the exact same.

Microsoft 365 Family subscription (no other family members currently using subscription)

New Outlook downloaded onto MS Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Home

Running Outlook mobile on iOS

I can add and delete accounts on mobile Outlook on iPhone.  Added a new account today.

However, desktop Outlook is not working.

I had been able to add my Outlook email account, my Yahoo account, my Gmail account and an IMAP account associated with our hosted business site when I began using "New Outlook" a few months ago.  So, 4 accounts.

Now, when I go to add a new email account for another IMAP account associated with another hosted business site, the "Add account" button at the bottom of the email account list is greyed out.  See below:

Also, when I go to Settings, Accounts, Email Accounts, I do not have an option to add an account.  See below:

Oddly, it says that support for additional accounts is coming soon, but I have already added accounts.  After clicking Learn more link, I'm taken to the New Outlook page on the web.

I tried removing one of my email accounts to see if there was some limit on my account, but after removing it, shutting down and relaunching Outlook, I still can not add accounts.  Also, the deleted account is gone.

I've scoured forums, checked AI feedback, and can't seem to figure this out.  Anyone have any fixes for this????
