I'm having a similar issue as well. I prefer outlook one Gmail, but it seems all androids need some sort of Gmail account for you to access certain things. Anyways I use my two outlook accounts for my go to emails, personal and work. I factory reset my phone not too long ago and it now only allows me to use one of my outlook accounts. I would be fine with that if I could get them combined. In this process which shouldl be newbie stuff I lost all my contacts. And can not find backups anywhere, nor finding an option to restore or backup
