Unable to access Outlook mail

since some years have not been accessing the outlook mail - since some time trying to access the same . cant do - is this a password issue - tried many times to access

if once a year you have not logged in, or 3 years have passed - since the last login - > then Microsoft has the right to irretrievably delete such an e-mail account.

Deleted many thanks for the prompt revert. Appreciate it.was trying to access since more than a month now . I haven't seen the account since 3 years now. is there any way to reopen the same?

As far as I know - you can not create a new account -> with the same mail address. This is a general rule in other domains it is similar.
