Hi DLambrecht,
sorry to hear that you're having problems sending emails from shared mailboxes on the Android Outlook app. I have made some quick research and I can“t find the direct solution for your issue and I can't find some similar issues.
I understand that you need a workaround to allow your users to continue communicating.
There are a few workarounds that you can try:
- Use the Outlook web app to send emails from the shared mailbox. This can be done by logging into your Outlook account on a web browser and then navigating to the shared mailbox.
- Remove and then re-add the shared mailboxes to the Android Outlook app.
- Create a user account for the shared mailbox. This will allow you to add the shared mailbox to your Outlook app as a user account. To do this, you will need to contact your IT administrator to create a user account for the shared mailbox.
