Sync Contacts on iPhone with Outlook
How to sync the contacts from the Contacts app on the iPhone with Outlook, so that if I add a new contact in the Contacts app on the iPhone, it appears immidiatelly in Outlook?
If somebody can reproduce on iPhone this will be great.

Syncing is not possible due to limitations within the iOS operating system.

Not sure whether you are asking this from an corporate/enterprise perspective, but the last article describes deploying a separate exchange profile when you manage devices from Intune. However this scenario has it's own limitations.
