Switching from Xfinity email
I currently have Xfinity internet/email. Thru my 365 subscription Outlook email is synced to the Xfinity email so it can sync to email on my Iphone. I’m looking to switch to a new internet provider, and want to use Outlook as my primary email. How do I set that up? And is there a way to retain the existing Folder contents?
If you’re switching providers but want to keep using Outlook, you can create a free Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 email address. Then, you can export your current emails and folders from your Xfinity account (via Outlook’s "Import/Export" tool) and import them into your new Outlook address. That way, you keep all your folders and emails! Let me know if you need help with the steps!
