Switching from Xfinity email

If you’re switching providers but want to keep using Outlook, you can create a free Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 email address. Then, you can export your current emails and folders from your Xfinity account (via Outlook’s "Import/Export" tool) and import them into your new Outlook address.
