Stop the annoying pop ups in everything

I don't know what device you're using, and I know that Microsoft gave OneNote a significantly different display/layout for every godd*mn device, but on my HP laptop you can turn off most of those pop-ups if you go to File -> Options -> General -> "ScreenTip style"

As for the Feedback ones... you let me know if you figure that out. Also, don't you find it ironic that they do all this bullsh*t to piss you off, and then ask for your feedback!? I'm about 85% serious when I say that Microsoft really does listen to their customers, because when everyone loves a certain feature, Microsoft will get rid of it. When everyone complains about some bullsh*t, Microsoft doubles down on said feature.

I guess that's what you get with a billion dollar international company named after the founders wiener...
