since last patchday user can't change appointment body !

MS has change the appointment body to ready only since last patchday. It's simple to check the problem. Send a appointment from user A to user B (with all newest office patches). Now User B can't change the body.
we have a lot of complaints from our employees in their own accounts. 

many employees add personal or important information to an appointment. Or write a short meeting protocol for the appointment afterwards.
