Short cut to User templates or Default in Choose Form/Look in

Hi,
I have created a few Outlook templates that are stored in User Template in File System and I was wondering if outlook would let me:

* Create a ribbon short cut directly to New Items/More Items/Choose Form/User Templates in File System

       or, in alternative,

* Set User Templates in File System as the default choice when I open Choose Form (it opens with Standards Form Library which is the first item in the list)
