Severe account recovery issue

So I have another email that I created around 5-6 years ago. I forgot the password to the email and tried logging in too many times which ended up blocking the account from signing in. The phone number which was associated with the email is also no longer of access to me. So I tried the account recovery form probably over 25 times now over the years, not working a single time. And then I decided to try and contact an actual Microsoft support agent and we went through each and every single troubleshooting option that was available, once again, not a single one working. I'm completely convinced at this point that it's absolutely impossible to unlock the account manually, and that the only thing I can keep trying to do is the account recovery form, which will never work.
