Setting up Outlook app on a new phone
I've just got a new phone and I can't add my email to the Outlook app. It worked find on my old phone but on the new one it just keeps coming up saying there was an error during authentication

Do you have your old phone? If so, log in online at http://www.outlook.com and use the old phone to get in the account, then you can find the security area and add your new phone. One set up, remove the old phone from security.

I'm having exactly the same problem and really need some help. Can get emails on my old iphone(13), and on my laptop. But just got a new iphone(16) and it won't let me sign in?? Have tried all the help options available but still not resolved.
