Send email merge from Shared Mailbox?
Hey everyone! We use email merge (Word & Outlook) all the time, and it's a huge timesaver. We recently went to use it from a SHARED mailbox and cannot for the life of use figure out how to do it...
For Mac
Click Outlook in the top left of your screen --> Settings --> Composing --> Change "Mail Merge Account" to your chosen shared mailbox.
