See all quicksteps in ribbon
Hi
I am trying new outlook. I have 3 quicksteps from classic outlook that I use to triage my inbox:
- Move to a folder called processed
- Flag and Move to a folder called processed
- delete
Is there a way to see all three in the ribbon?

Your Quick Steps items will appear in the New Outlook ribbon. You must change the ribbon layout from Simplified to Classic.

#traccreations4e-r25 9/26/2025As far as I know, in New Outlook there is no way to add individual Quick Steps directly to the Ribbon. They will be in the Ribbon Quick Steps box and can have a Shortcut key.
