Your Quick Steps items will appear in the New Outlook ribbon. You must change the ribbon layout from Simplified to Classic.

As far as I know, in New Outlook there is no way to add individual Quick Steps directly to the Ribbon. They will be in the Ribbon Quick Steps box and can have a Shortcut key.
