I have two questions about the latest version of Microsoft Outlook:

Customizing columns: How can I add or modify columns in the email list view? I'd like to customize which information is displayed

Replied message indicator: In previous versions, there was a small symbol (usually two arrows) that showed whether an email had been replied to. Is this feature still available in the latest version? If yes, how can I enable it to display?
