Search on Outlook Mac doesn't work - Ventura 13.1
I am having the same problem.
What does tis mean:
sudo mdutil -a -i off
sudo mdutil -a -i on
Thanks,

That sequence (sudo mdutil -a -i off and sudo mdutil -a -i on) are commands for Apple's Terminal utility. Entering those commands in Terminal will tell your computer to shut off Spotlight and then turn it back on, essentially rebooting your computer's indexing function. Copy/paste/press enter those commands into Terminal one at a time. You can find Terminal by doing a spotlight search for it.

Robert_Dashiell I am out out of context?
Define "it"?
1. Open terminal
2. put the commands above
3. you may have to input the admin password
4. Spotlight (the mac content indexer) will reset and reindex your drive, properly picking up the outlook folder this time around.
Why is this so complicated?
