Scheduling assistant is not workin in my calendar

Hi,

I have switched to the new Outlook. Here the scheduling assistent is not working and I cannot invite people to meetings. The options don not become active in the menu, but stay gray / passive.

I am using Outlook for Mac in Microsoft 365.
