regain access to my outlook for my emails
My ICON for outlook suddenly stopped opening - I contacted support and the QR code they sent never openened either Help

Is the issue affecting your Outlook mobile app or outlook Desktop app? If the issue is affecting your Outlook desktop, did you attempt to launch outlook with the Run command i.e. launch the Run app (press Windows + R key), if you're using Windows, then type "outlook.exe /safe"? If that fails to work, your current installation might be corrupt, so go to your control panel, then uninstall your Microsoft 365 app installation. After uninstalling, you should download the installer from your https://office.com portal then reinstall the Microsoft 365 app.
