Recurrent meetings

I am trying to schedule a weekly meeting starting in September 2019 and ending in August 2020, but outlook is not allowing meetings after 90 days (hence only allow it until mids of November)

As Vasil suggested you should be able to change the date as per your needs.

In case if you are getting any error in Outlook client.. please share the screenshot of the error, secondly you can try adding the meeting using Webmail.

    Thanks

  • What do you mean by "not allowing"? By default Outlook will suggest a 6 month period, you can always override that by selecting a different date, a different number of occurrences or the "no end date" option. Are you saying that it's not allowing you to do so? If so, which version/build of Outlook is that?

If you receive an email message saying the meeting series was denied, that's because of the settings of a meeting room, not Outlook.
