Quick Parts are Now Available in New Outlook
Quick Parts have officially arrived in the New Outlook experience, and many users have been asking how they work and what has changed from Classic Outlook.
I put together a short walkthrough covering how to create, insert, and manage Quick Parts, along with a few notes on features that didn’t make it into the new version.

Hope this helps anyone transitioning to New Outlook or supporting others who are. If you’ve already tested Quick Parts in the new interface, I’d love to hear what you think.

I see that the MS Outlook templates have changed and I'm looking for the quick parts. I do not see them. Has this part of the update been released or does it need to be enabled somehow?
It is being rolled out. Lately, I've noticed that US subscribers get it before subscribers in other regions. Stay tuned, it is coming.
I also have a video on MS Mail templates:https://youtu.be/uC0ZkCQyJuc

Do you have to do something to get Quick Parts in the new Outlook. I opened Outlook and when to insert but I do not see a Quick Parts option. Is this something that I need to add from somewhere? Or do I need to update my Outlook app?
If you don't see it yet, it will show up soon. There is nothing you need to do.
