Problem exporting to CSV files

hi,

i have 3 cards in my Outlook 2016. Enclosed please find them as "oft" files.

When I export the files to a "csv" file, even the empty one is exported incorrectly. I supposed it it due to having empty spaces and/or commas in the cards.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
