Privacy popup on start up

Hi,

 

the screenshot is in german but it's about this massage, that keeps on coming back after every restart of Outlook. We did everything we could so far but nothing worked. The thing is, this only happens on one client in a domain of dozens.

I'm grateful for every hint or suggestion.

  • Found it.
    Every 365 App, that had this problem had a faulty account. There was either a shared mailbox in Outlook that needed to be repaired (yellow warning sign on the upper right) or another licenced account had to be re-signed in. All of the info needed could be found in "Account" in the corresponding app.

    Maybe useful for clarification:

    In english it should be something along the line of "Your Privacy is important to us".
    The menu link should be something like "Data > "Office-Account" > "Account Security".

    Hope this helps..

    same problem here.. popup shows up every time an office app is started
