Outlook
I send a message in Outlook. When it is received, the message says protected view. I have checked my original documents before attaching them and after attaching them. The receiver still says he cannot open them. Advise??

Redrover1 Protected View is a security feature in the office application used by the attachment. It's a setting on a recipients side. It won't prevent opening the attachments, but will prevent macros from running.
In the application (word for docx, excel for xlsx) the recipient will go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View.
