Outlook won't open on Iphone

For the past few days I cannot log into my outlook account from my Iphone. Though I'm logged in, it keeps jumping back to the new landing page (see below). Even if I click on the "sign-in" or "create a free account" I will be redirected to the same landing page. I have emptied my cache, re-started my phone - nothing works. Interestingly, if I go to Safari, this browser will let me sign in to outlook. Any ideas?

    I’m experiencing the same issue.

login to outlook.com gets redirected to the Microsoft website.

Thanks Ethan. I will try the points above. What I forgot to mention: The problem is limited to my default browser Google Chrome. I can sign in in other browsers, so I assume it is a bug in Chrome. I reached out to support but received no answer.
