Outlook will not send/receive email on Mac
I access my primary email address with Outlook, and about a month ago it stopped working. I was in Europe at the time and thought that might have something to do with it, but I'm home now and it is still not working. To make it worse, at random times when I try to check email, it will suddenly work. However, it has never SENT emails since it started glitching a month ago. I've tried the "fixes" I've found online (clearing messages from Outbox, checking to see if it's set to "Work Offline", etc.)
I am NOT a techie, and the "Support" pages from Microsoft keep sending me around in circles. Below is a screenshot of the closest thing I've found relating to my issue, but my emails are not (as far as I know) from shaw.ca or rogers domain accounts. I have legacy Outlook. Can anyone help, and take into account that I'm not a techie.
Thanks.

Hi, I’d first test the same mailbox in webmail. If webmail works, remove the account from Outlook for Mac, clear saved Microsoft/Exchange credentials from Keychain, then add the account again. Also check whether messages are stuck in Outbox. If webmail also fails or sending is blocked, the issue is likely with the account, provider, or sending limits rather than the Mac app.
