Outlook Web Stuck on Loading Screen
I've been unable to access outlook email/calendar through the web. Every time I click on the link, it gets stuck on the loading screen (just the envelope icon opening and closing on a loop). It works ...

If you stuck at chrome browser or any browser the easiest way is to clear all cookies.
This will allow you back via Web Browser.
The reply you received is for Outlook app, in my educated guess, you are either not using outlook it self as in microsoft app but instead you are accessing it via hotmail.com.
The only drawback is you will lose all your date and if you are gamer means u lose all the items recorded in cache.
