Outlook Web Stuck on Loading Screen
mackak13 I experienced the same. I was using this URL: https://outlook.office.com/mail/
Tried clearing my cache and extensions but still doesn't resolve the issue.
Tried using this URL instead and was able to access Outlook web: https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

G0901 Outlook won't function properly and could get stuck in the Loading Profile screen if one or more of its files are corrupted. Outlook files can be repaired using an executable in the Outlook installation directory. Right-click the Outlook shortcut, then select Properties.
