Outlook Version 2201 freezes when selecting the Signature button
When you select the Signatures button, Outlook hangs or closes, and you are not able to add a signature.

it does not work with Version 2201 Build 16.0.14827.20180) 32-bit

- Using version 2204 here and some of our machines have the same issue. Microsoft says this was fixed and only affected users with Lang "en-gb" but we're "en-us" and it affects some of our users.
