Outlook support for conversation view for third-party email accounts is gone
I discovered this week that conversation view for email Classic Outlook disappeared. I talked to MS support, and they told me it was removed in the last update. Has anyone else experienced this?
If conversation support for Outlook Classic is not added back (I was told this might happen) I might need to abandon Outlook. I need conversation view, but New Outlook is still missing too many key features to use.
Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated!

Conversation View is still there in Classic Outlook and there are no plans to remove it either for any account type (except 3rd party Account Connectors like Kerio, but then it is up to that add-in to implement it, as has always been the case).
Which mail account type are you using? POP3, IMAP, Exchange, other...?
The most common reason for the Conversation View not being available is that you have a (custom) View selected which doesn't support it.
Tried resetting the View already and made sure it is arranged by Date?
I still see it after my updates, did you happen to get a new install of classic lately?
