Outlook starts and then closes immediately
Is there any way to restore Outlook (desktop version, classic) to a working state? After Windows updates and user rights updates, Outlook went into a state where it opens but immediately closes afterwards.
I have three different email accounts connected to Outlook, and now I can no longer access two of them over the network. Outlook’s email databases are in .ost format, which means I cannot access them in any way anymore.
I read that this problem has been reported before, but I haven’t been able to fix it. It’s crucial for me to access the .ost emails (there are over 100,000). Could anyone help or know a working solution to this issue? (I have already reinstalled the programs, etc.)

Double clicking the icon in Outlook while holding down the Ctrl key to start in Safe Mode and disabling the plugin followed by repairing the data file will fix the flashing issue.
