Outlook rules deactivated every few days

Dear community,

I set up three rules in Outlook on the web that should automatically forward emails to respectively one email if they match a condition:

The rules seem to work generally - however for some reason they are automatically turned off every few days for no reason I understand. I can also post the diagnostic report exports if that is helpful.
