Outlook on Windows 10 - dark line across the top
On Windows 10, Outlook has a buggy rendering issue where there's an extra dark line running across the top. On Windows 11, this does not occur.
I have the same problem and it is also being reported on Reddit.
Seems to be part of a larger problem with how the latest versions of New Outlook for Windows are rendered under Win10. I am also seeing other display glitches.
No fix that I know of and I have not seen any official Microsoft acknowledgements.
