Outlook on the web adding multiple email accounts

Hi, I have 2 emails on my desktop Outlook BUT I want to convenience of using the web version.

I have one email that I set up via Microsoft on there already but my second is via NameCheap and I want to see both in the same view like on the desktop.

1. How do I do that?
2. Also how can I pin my calendar to the right like I have on the desktop as well. I need to constantly see it in view.
