Outlook Navigation Bar Moved to the left

Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;Navigation Bar after the update moved to the left, and i can not change it back to the bottom, as Show Apps in Outlook option does not work at all (pelase see the screenshots attached).&nbsp;The new feature and design makes the work with emails absolutely inconvinient and horrible.&nbsp;Is there any possiblity to move the navigation bar to the bottom in this case?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you,&nbsp;Best regards,&nbsp;Svyatoslav&nbsp;&nbsp;
