Outlook is not working correcty

For my personal email I use a gmail address.  I have all email forwarded from the gmail account to outlook. I am setup on gmail using a pop server

All of the sudden only about 25% of my email is being forwarded and most of it lands in the Junk e-mail folder. It works fine on gmail but in the transfer most of it somehow get lost.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
