Outlook interface messed up, can't access folders, can't open email
6 days ago, I opened my work email and discovered the Outlook interface was messed up. I have attached a picture. Further, I cannot open any email nor can I access my folders. This is a big problem. I have entered a help ticket with my work but they haven't done anything yet. Is it a Microsoft issue? How can I fix it? This is the light version, FYI.
Emgirl585 Hey, as a general rule you should clear the internet temp files. But perhaps you better off updating the browser or use another one (if applicable).
