1. Create the Custom Column:

   • Go to your Inbox in Outlook.
   • Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.

5. Repeat for Other Emails:

   • If you want to add content to your custom column for other emails, you'll need to repeat the process for each one individually.
