Outlook has a small red setting logo

Hi,

I am trying to run an automation to open up outlook, but when asked to open outlook, a small outlook logo with a red setting logo is on it as shown in the picture below and is popped up on the bottom right of my screen, resulting in the outlook not able to open. Is there a way to disable the logo?
