Outlook Force HTML
Hello MS community,
is there any way to force HTML format on all new messages in Outlook? I only know of the Outlook options where you can specify for new messages to always use HTML.
Strictly speaking, I am concerned with the option, for example, that if I take a file on the desktop, right click on it, and then select the "Send to Email Recipient" option, that it will then create a "text only" mail for me and not an HTML message. I then always have to manually adjust it. Is there an option to force this for all messages, no matter where they are passed to the Outlook app from?
Many greetings

Please have a look at the documentation below,

hope it helps
cheers- dennisweeCopper Contributorthis is not a solution to the question ;(
- Victor_IvanidzeBronze ContributorPlease confirm you run the old ("classic") Outlook for Windows and you wish to always use the plain text format if you take a file on the desktop, right click on it, and then select the "Send to Email Recipient". On the othe side if you run Outlook. you wish to use HTML format as default one. Correct?

- JannisKraCopper ContributorHi, no unfortunately still no solution and the behaviour is still identical ;( But we haven't dealt with the problem any further since then as it is no longer so critical (for us).
