this is not a solution to the question ;(
- Victor_IvanidzeOct 25, 2024Bronze ContributorPlease confirm you run the old ("classic") Outlook for Windows and you wish to always use the plain text format if you take a file on the desktop, right click on it, and then select the "Send to Email Recipient". On the othe side if you run Outlook. you wish to use HTML format as default one. Correct?

We run
Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2409 Build 16.0.18025.20160) 64 Bit.
If I open an new Mail in Outlook it's HTML, Font is Set to Calibri, Font Size is set to 11, Signature is on the bottom of the mail. all good.
Now i right klick on a file on my Desktop an choose send to -> Mail Recipient: a new Message Windows opens. BUT Font Aptos, Font Size 12, no Signature.
What i would like to have is same Font, Style, Size, Singature as in a regular new mail. (Calibri, 11, with Signature)
Where can i make these Settings?
Thanks a lot!
