OutLook for window

My Outlook on my PC stop receiving emails Friday 14th October PM.  I have had the password changed by the main work server; I have tried reseting the password, no luck so far.  It keeps asking for  6 digit code on the from Authenticator but all I get is a 8 digit rolling number.  This doesn't work

Is there something I am missing
