I just noticed an update in the Playstore for Outlook for Mobile, installed it (the version shows as v4.2406.1 (32406812)) and a few quick tests were positive.

I also got the same problem, but I don't see that version in the playstore yet... Hopefully it will roll out for everyone!
Same problem, any time I try to update my ZFold3 calendar, I get an error, "unable to update event". This just started doing this in the past 7 to 10 days I believe.
