I also received a report for one of our users 2 days ago on our on-premises exchange 2019 server. initially They were getting an "unable to update" error message related to calendar entries.
I tested via OWA where I was able to edit a calendar entry. I tried having them remove & re-add their account from Outlook & test again. Still the same issue.
Today I tested this on a spare android phone & could also replicate this issue. Appears to be the latest version causing this?
