Outlook for Mac Handling Marketing Emails
I'm on the Marketing Team at my company. Like any Marketing Team, we send out emails via an Email Marketing Platform, like MailChimp or SendGrid. There are only 2 of us who use MacBooks with Outlook....
There are two options for Mac/New Outlook or Legacy. Which one are you using? You can click on "Outlook" in the upper left and it will show you. Legacy might have the results you are seeking. New Outlook is still not 100% for Mac in my opinion.
Hi Lisa. I'm using Legacy Outlook.
Maybe try switching to the New version, see if that helps. Also does it have the same appearance in OWA?
