Outlook for Android Sync Contacts Slider missing?

Hi, recently the ability to sync contacts between the Outlook app on Android and Android contacts seems to have been removed. In settings in the App there used to be a slider switch that said something like "Sync 57 Contacts". It is gone and I don't know how to sync contacts now, any help appreciated.
