Outlook for Android Search Returns No Items
Have had Outlook installed on my android for some time and search has stopped working. It returns no items. I have cleared data, cleared cache and readded all emails. I have uninstalled and reinstall...
I have the same issue, no solution seems to work so far
abinth744 - thanks. I found that the search only works when searching ALL mailboxes. But then you need to sort through a bigger list than necessary.
- Yes, it seems this is a shortcoming in the software. The workaround is to put in the search item click on the down arrow next to the home icon (looks like a house) and then hit 'all accounts' on the drop down menu. Then hit the search icon again. But it doesn't stay as a default - you have to do this every time.

Thanks but unfortunately my Outlook screen on my android device doesn't have the house or down arrow and I can't see any way of choosing all accounts. The screenshot below is my screen 😞
